Need Help With Your Pro Flight Simulator?

Do you have trouble installing on windows 7 and vista

If you have any problems during installation on Windows 7 or Vista machines, please use the following steps:Run the installer file in XP compatibility mode.Follow the tips below:Right click on the.exe installer file and select properties. Then select the compatibility tab and choose to run it in Windows XP compatibility mode. Check out the full step-by-step guide on how you do this.One key point to mention is you must run the installer file as "Administrator". If that's not possible, you will receive permission errors. To ensure you have that enabled in Windows, please follow the step-by-step instructionsDisable all firewalls and anti-virus software that may cause you problems by blocking the installation process. Then install again.

I cannot download the files

Please be aware that these files are large. Your ISP might have cut you off halfway resulting in an incomplete file. Make sure that if the full file is not downloaded correctly you will automatically receive an error when you try to install the file. Make sure you Check the file is the correct size, if not please re-download the file again.

The best way in which I found to sort this is to "RE-DOWNLOAD" the whole file again. A very good tip: Make sure you use a download accelerator to increase the download process and to prevent any partial download errors. Problems while downloading aircraft

For the files in the aircraft and scenery section - I found that you may only download 1 file at a time but it a lot of hassle but well worth it. Make sure you don't try to download multiple files, as you will be rejected, and you will have to go through the password process again. The reason for this is because the server does not accept multiple connections. If your server is very slow I recommend too opt for the 4-DVD edition in the Members area.
